Hey, readers welcome back. Today we’re going to talk about some fun facts about tulips. If you haven’t noticed I had been trying to talk about all the different types of flowers, so today is tulips. I just wanted to say that I didn’t know these facts by myself. The fun facts come from a blog. Here is the link. So if you want to check it out, go click the link. They are so many amazing facts and I think you will enjoy it. Anyways let’s get on with the post.

The first thing I want to talk about is how many tulips there are. Did you know there are over 150 various tulip species? Or that it takes 20 years or more to grow tulips? Well, I sure didn’t. I think it’s really cool. Another thing I want to talk about is the meaning of their name. Their name came from their shape.  The name originated from the Persian word “delband,” meaning turban. The last and final thing I want to talk about is the food that people make out of tulips. I mean I understand everything is eatable, but I just think it’s cool that people actually eat that and found ways to make it taste good. They used them to make food use as bread and other things like wine.

Now it’s question time. If you don’t have anything to talk about here are some questions. What do you think about people cooking Tulips? Would you try anything that has tulips in it? What did you think of my post? What should I talk about next? Into the next time. BYE!!!!!!!!!

If you don’t, believe me, you can look at the link that I listed above or you can just go to Bath and Body’s and look for the Cherry Blossom products and test it out. If you don’t know what to look for there is a lot like perfume, lotion, hand sanitizer, and hand soap.

Hey, readers welcome back! Today we are going to be talking about carnations. They are really popular and pretty flowers. But I like to notify you that all of this information comes from this link. This link also provides you tips about growing carnations, if you are interested. Anyways let’s get started.

The first thing I want to talk about is their name. Did you know that carnations aren’t their real name? Their real name is Dianthus. How did they get their name? They got their name Dianthus from two Greek words Dios and anthros. Dios referring to the god Zeus and anthros meaning flower. So combined their name means The Flowers of God.
